健康食油
Sunflower oil is a polyunsaturated fat, a good choice for the health-conscious eaters. Avoid blended oils, which may contain coconut or palm oil, both high in saturated fatty acids.
Corn oils, made from the sweetcorn plant or maize, is among the oils containing polyunsaturated fatty acids, desirable in the diets. Safflower and Soya bean oil are others.
除了葵花籽油(Sunflower Oil)、粟米油(Corn Oil)之外,花生油(Ground Nut Oil)、红花油(Safflower Oil)和大豆油(Soya Bean Oil)亦是属于植物油种类(Vegetable Oil)。
植物油是属于未完全饱和脂肪(polyunsaturated fat),对于注重健康(health-conscious)饮食的人士就最适合不过。
贮存油的地方绝不能有异味,因为油易于吸收异味。亦不能存放在有光?直接照射的地方。因为温度高会破坏油的结晶,便会失去油原有的特性。
