1 | A substance which is capable by chemical reaction in itself of producing gas at such a temperature, pressure and such a speed as could cause damage to surroundings or which is designed to produce an effect by heat, light, sound, gas or smoke or a combination of these as a result of non-detonative self-sustaining exothermic chemical reactions. 在某一温度、压力或速度条件下，自身会产生化学反应，对周围环境带来伤害，或经设计自身能发生非爆炸性放热化学反应，产生热、光、声、气体或烟雾或以上综合效果的物质。 |
