如何解决存在在你生活中的问题

      Every person is unique; one thing that makes us different from others is our perceptions. We make our world through our perspectives and outlooks in life. Problem is one of the hardest things that a person can face in his day-to-day living. A simple problem may lead up to a more complicated thing. But we can avoid this, if we know how to solve our problems in the most positive ways. Here are my own personal techniques of how I face my most difficult situations in life.

      Analyze the Problem.

      If a problem has no solution to begin with, have the second thought that it is not a problem (Benney). It is a consequence for your own actions. Analyzing the situation can help you think of ways of how you face it and solve it.

      Sit back, relax, and think.

      This is the most optimistic way of facing your problem. Range can lead to a more complicated situation. Relax, and think of ways of how you can handle it. Careful thinking can be the most effective way of solving a struggle in life. But remember that don't think about your problems too much. Excessive thinking can make you stressful, and by this you cannot solve right.

      Motivate yourself.

      Always remember that for every problem, there must be a solution (Benney). An action without motivation is incomplete. One must motivate him first before he can solve his problem. This can make you persistent and be brave enough not to give up.

      Accept Facts.

      Now, here's the catch. Accepting the truth can be the most difficult way of solving your struggle. You can't always do what you want. One cannot make things go in their own likeness. This is one of the philosophies in life. Motivation can help you accept things that cannot be changed. Experience is the best teacher. Through these struggles you can be a better person than you were before. Wherever you go, you cannot escape from the truth that there is problem everywhere (Benney).

      Have the Right Attitude. Think Positive.

      You may have the optimistic thinking by changing your viewpoint about things (Silva, Goldman 40). You will be unhappy if you just let yourself accept the things that you don't like. By positive thinking, you will have the right attitude towards your problem. Just always think that, there is no problem without a solution (Benney). Treat them as math question, once you've find out what is the formula for the given problem, with the given variables, you can simply solve it and find the answer. Have the positive outlook that, problem is not bad or good, it is just how you perceive it (Silva, Goldman 39). So by changing your aspect in life, facing your struggles can be the easiest and the most enjoying thing to do. A problem can also be the solution to a bigger problem, it can lead to new discoveries and inventions, and having the optimistic mind can help a great number of people (Benney).

      Do your actions.

      Thinking without actions is useless, be brave enough to face the challenges. Have it in your mind that all of your careful thinking will be useless if you don't work on it. Be strong enough and solve your hindrances in life like a hero. And always have the child's innocence in life. For them, life is simple. So if you treat your own world like this, doing your solutions to your problems may not be complicated as you thought it would be.

      Pray.

      Do whatever you can do, and just let God do the things that are beyond your boundaries. Pray, and have the faith that everything will be just fine. Have faith on Him that he will guide you throughout your struggle.

      Don't make your life complicated and miserable. Changing your viewpoint and outlook in life are the keys in making your world be a better place for you.

      向后靠着坐,放松,思考

      这是一种最为乐观切面对问题的方式。距离可以导致更复杂的问题产生。放松,和思考的方法可以教你如何处理问题。认真的思考可以使你用更有效的方法来解决发生在你生活中的捆饶你的问题。但是记住不要想太多关于你的问题了。过度的想那些就会使你更有压力,也就不容易解决问题了。

      激发自己

      时刻要记住,对于每个问题都必须要解决。一个缺乏动机的行动是不完美的。在一个人能够解决问题之前,他首先必须要激发自己。这能够使你自己坚持不屑的,足够勇敢决不气馁。

      接受事实

      接受事实是在解决你所遇到困难最最困难的一方面。你不能总是为所欲为。一个人不能让事情随自己的想法去发展。在生活中这是一条人生哲学。动机能帮助你接受那种不可改变的事实。经历是最好的老师。通过这些困难,你可以是相比自己进步的人;无论你去什么地方,你都不能逃避事实,这是普遍存在的问题。

      正确的态度。正确的思维

      你可以通过改变对事情的观点来端正一个乐观的想象。如果你仅仅是让自己接受你不喜欢的事情,那会让你很不高兴。通过正确的思考,你会端正你对问题的态度。就是要总想着,这是一个可以解决的小问题。用数学的方法来处理它,一旦你找出了所给问题的方程式,以及它的变化性,你就会很轻松的解决它,并找出问题的答案了。要有一个正确的展望,问题不是好就是坏,只是自己如何看它罢了。因此通过改变你在生活中的影响,面对你的问题那就会是最简单,和最有乐趣的事情。问题也可以变为解决一些更大的问题,你可以产生新的发现或是发明,有更多乐观的思想能够帮助更多的人。

      祈祷

      做你能做到的事,让老天老完成你能力以外的事情。保佑,坚信每件事都会好起来的。要对它坚信你会在这场战争中左右了它的。

      不要让你的生活过的过于复杂和痛苦。改变你的观点和你人生中的展望,它们是使你的世界变的更好的关键。
