2.by all means

【场景】Caroline对Han回复说，大概因为她们要有一笔数额大的钱进账外加一部属于自己的电影，让Han有些吃醋了吧。Max补充，如果谈及失业，现在还不能炒了她们，等钱到了再说。

【讲解】

by all means （表示许可）好的，当然可以。= used to give permission

补充by no means决不，一点都不 =not at all。这两个词组都是by...means的形式，词义需要注意下。
