      Pretend. Your workplace is your second home and the people you work with are your second family. The only difference between the two is that family is permanent while work is replaceable.       学会换位思考。老板也是和你一样的常人,不是上帝完美的造物。一些人的成长环境使他们的谈吐举止让人感觉不太舒服。换位思考是平息你对老板怒火的最佳方式,去理解他的处境,忽略他的缺,把注意力集中在他的优点上。

      以眼还眼。相信你的国家,每个国家有保护职工的法律来对付那些恶老板。向你的家人、朋友咨询相关问题,他们可以帮你找精通劳动法的律师。劳动纠纷案件是很让人有精神压力的,确保你的家人朋友会一直支持你,鼓励你。不要去咨询同事,除非你真的信任他们,此外,这是你和老板的斗争,把同事卷进去可能会对他们今后的工作不利。
