1) Wine- Whether it is white or red wine, this beverage is truly a very popular drink. In some countries, you may be underage, but when adults drink wine, they feel relaxed.
2) Candy- Yes, there are some grape candies out there. They have a grape flavor taste but are not 100% grape juice. This is a very rare candy to find.
3) Grapes- Just eating the grapes is probably the second most popular way grapes are used, only second to wine. Grapes are full of Vitamin C and contain many other healthy and important nutrients.
4) Raisins- Many people prefer dried grapes as their snack choice. Many people refer to these dried grapes as raisins. Pretty much, a raisin is just a dried grape! Many people enjoy the sweet taste and it's another healthy treat.
5) Grape Seed Oil- Grapes can also be made into oils, in this case, vegetable oil. The country in which this oil is mostly found in is Italy as well as in other European countries.
6) Jelly- Jelly made from grapes make a great sandwich, one that is easy for kids to make. It is healthy yet it is yummy for young children and makes a great school lunch. Many lunchrooms now serve jelly with peanut butter which makes for a fabulous sandwich for children. Jelly can also be found in sugar-free varieties.
7) Juice- Let's not forget grape juice! This is a favorite for children and adults. Many grape juices are fortified with vitamins.
