      PROPOSED SPECIFICATION FOR CCIQ LABORATORY FUME HOOD WORKS

      1.  SCOPE OF WORK (前言)

      This section sets out the design, fabricate, supply, delivery, installation, test and commission of the laboratory fume hoods (fume cupboards).
      这一部分介绍了通风柜的设计、构造、材质、安装、检验等内容。

      2.  GENERAL (综述)

      2.1    Standard fume hood is of 60 or 72 inches width.
      标准的通风柜一般60 或者72 英寸宽度。

      2.2  Variations in face velocity for the fume hood shall not exceed 10% of the average face velocity at any designated measuring point.
      通风柜表面风速的偏差不能超过设定风速的10%。

      2.3   Fume hood face velocity shall be 100fpm (0.50m/s) under the work opening of the sash.
      通风柜表面风速在操作高度为0.5m/s。

      2.4     Average illumination of work area in the fume hood shall be at least 80 foot-candies.
      通风柜内部工作区的照明度至少要80 foot-candies。

      2.5  The fume hood shall be tested in manufacturer’s facilities in conformance with international standards such as ASHRAE 110 for containment performance. Safety test such as UL 1805 is preferred to ensure safety operation. Supplier shall submit these certificates.
      通风柜要经过生产厂家的检验,满足ASHRAE 110的剩余浓度标准。另外,通风柜要通过UL 1805安全验证。供应商都要提供以上证明文件。

      2.6  Fume hood shall be designed to minimize static pressure loss. Bell shaped exhaust collar configuration shall be provided.
      通风柜的设计要减少静压损失。因此一般在排气口附件采用钟型设计。  

      2.7  Each Fume Hood will be equipped with one cold water faucet and maximum to seven various gas faucet according to laboratory specialists’ requirement. All faucets should be remote control type.
      每一个通风柜标准配置为一个冷水龙头,此外根据实验室专家要求可以配置最多7个不同的气体龙头。每种龙头都在通风柜外部控制。

      3.  FUME HOOD MATERIAL AND CONSTRUCTION (通风柜材质和结构)

      3.1   Ceiling closure panels of the fume hood shall be not less than 18 US standard gauges.
      通风柜顶部钢材的厚度至少为1.1mm。

      3.2   Sash shall be constructed of laminated safety glass with not less than 71/32 inches thick.
      移门用防爆浮法安全玻璃,厚度不小于5mm。

      3.3  Sash cables shall be constructed from sturdy material. A steel wire and sprocket system is preferred for its strength and durability.

      移门铰链由坚固的材料构成。一般为钢铰链和链齿轮。

      3.4  Sash guides shall be constructed from corrosion resistant polyvinyl chloride or equivalent material.

      移门导向装置由抗腐蚀的聚氯乙稀或相近材质构成。

      3.5   Sash pull shall extend to full sash width and constructed from chemical resistant powder-coated steel and lined with corrosion resistant plastic to protect the sash.
      移门把手不锈钢制作,抗化学腐蚀物质喷涂,移门旁边是抗化学腐蚀的塑料包裹。

      3.6  The interior access panels shall be gasketted to eliminate air leakage and to retain liquids inside hood. Polyresin or equivalent material shall be used for this purpose.
      通风柜内部密封防止空气泄漏,不会使液体积留。标准通风柜使用polyresin或类似的材料。

      3.6.1  All interior fastening devices shall be concealed and corrosion resistant. There shall be no exposed screws.
      所有的内部连接装置都需隐藏布置和抗腐蚀。没有外露的螺钉。

      3.6.2  Exterior panel member fastening devices shall be corrosion resistant, non-metallic material.
      外部连接装置都需抗化学腐蚀,非金属材料。

      3.6.3  The interior material inside Fume Hood should have authorization test certificate to ensure excellent chemical performance.
      通风柜内衬材料需要有权威机关的证明,有良好的化学抗性。

      3.7   There shall be an instruction plate attached to the fume hood exterior. The instruction plate shall be constructed from corrosion resistant material.
      通风柜外部需要有一个抗化学腐蚀的指示牌。

      4.  FUME HOOD CONSTRUCTION (通风柜结构)

      4.1  Superstructure: The superstructure made in Fisher shall be rigid, self-supporting assembly of double wall construction and shall be not less than 4.5 inches thick.
      Fisher通风柜结构坚固,由双层框架支持,双层框架厚度不小于4.5英寸。

      4.1.1  Wall shall be made of high quality, cold rolled, mild steel meeting requirements of ASTM A366 or equivalent.
      通风柜柜体由符合ASTM A366要求的高雷竞技百科 、冷轧钢板组成。

      4.1.2  Access to fixture valves in the fume hood wall shall be through exterior removable access panels, gasketed access panels on the inside liner walls, or through removable front posts.
      安装通风柜内阀门管道可以通过3种方式:外层可拆除的侧挡板、内部密封的视窗挡板、和可拆除的前面板。

      4.2  Exhaust outlet: Exhaust outlet shall be rectangular in shape with ends radiused, shaped and flanged to reduce turbulence.

      4.3  Sash: Fume hood sash shall be constructed to provide full view of the working area with clear, unobstructed, side-to-side view of fume hood interior and service fixture connections.
      移门:通风柜移门可以清楚地看清通风柜内部工作区域。

      4.3.1  Safety glass shall set into rails in deep into an extruded polyvinyl chloride glazing channels.
      安全玻璃安装在聚氯乙稀滑槽内。

      4.3.2  Counter balance system shall have a single weight, pulley, cable, counter balance system which prevents sash tilting and permits one finger operation at any point along full width pull.
      平衡系统有砝码、滑轮、铰链等装置。平衡系统可以阻止移门倾斜,并且可用一只手操控。

      4.3.3  Not more than 5 pounds shall be required to raise or lower sash throughout its full length of travel.

      4.3.4  The system shall be designed to hold sash at any operating position without creep and to prevent sash drop in the event of cable failure. Preferably, a life cycle test data shall be available.

      4.3.5  Sash shall open and close sash against rubber bumper stops.

      4.3.6  There shall be a sash lock when the sash is opened fully for set up. The sash shall also automatically returns to safe operation height when lock is released.

      4.3.7  There shall be a full height sightline for better visibility.

      4.4   Fume hood Inner liner: 通风柜内衬材料

      4.4.1  Fume hood Inner liner shall be constructed from Poly-resin or equivalent material that meets chemical properties mentioned below. The liner shall not be made of metal or phenolic resin as these materials are either not corrosion or fire resistant.
      通风柜内部材料是polyresin或类似物质,而不能是金属或理化板之类不能抗腐蚀和防火的材料。

      4.4.2  Final appearance of the liner shall be smooth finish and white in color.
      内衬材料表面光滑而且为白色。

      4.4.3  The liner shall have flexural strength of not less than 14,000 psi.
      内衬材料的抗弯力不少于14,000磅/平方英尺。

      4.4.4  Flame spread shall be not more than 15 per UL 723 and ASTM E84-80.
      满足UL 723和ASTM E84-80的防火要求。

      4.4.5  Inner liner shall be constructed from material that provides resistance against spills and fumes of the chemicals. Test data of the fume hood lining for chemical resistance shall be submitted.
      内衬材料由抗化学溅出、化学烟熏得物质组成。通风柜的内衬抗化学腐蚀的数据会提供给用户。

      4.5  Work surfaces: 工作台面

      4.5.1  Work surfaces shall be constructed from 1-1/4 inch thick epoxy resin dished a nominal one-half inch to contain spills.
      通风柜工作台面为1-1/4英寸厚度的环氧树脂台面,其中有1/2英寸的内凹槽盛溅出溶液。

      4.5.2  Epoxy resin shall be of flat cast with a uniform low-sheen black surface.
      环氧树脂台面平整,黑色。

      4.5.3  Test data for chemical resistance of the epoxy resin shall be submitted.

      4.6  Baffles: Baffles providing controlled air vectors into and through the fume hood shall be constructed from the same material as the liner.

      4.6.1  Exhaust slots full height on vertical sides of the baffle
      排气槽和扰流板垂直方向一致。

      4.6.2  Fixed, permanently open horizontal slot shall be provided 17 inches above the work surface.

      4.6.3  Minimum depth of 19 inches for interior workspace is required at the extreme upper portion of the fume hood to provide maximum interior work area.
      通风柜上部需要有最小19英寸的工作深度。

      4.6.4  All baffle supports/brackets shall be constructed from non-metallic material.
      扰流板支架由非金属材料构成。

      4.6.5  Baffle positioning shall be tuned in factory for most optimal airflow characteristic.
      生产基地里一般将扰流板的位置调节在对普通气体最适位置。

      4.7   Service fixtures and fittings: 配件

      4.7.1  Washers shall be color coded at hose nozzle outlets and mounted inside the fume hood and controlled from the exterior with color-coded index handles.
      水龙头在喷嘴处用颜色标示,并安装在通风柜内部。其控制开关在通风柜外面,用不同颜色标示把手。

      4.7.2   Valves used in the fume hood shall be needlepoint type with self-centering cone tip and seat of hardened stainless steel. Tip and seat shall be removable and replaceable.
      通风柜里面阀门为针型阀,圆锥形的龙头,不锈钢制成,并可更换。

      4.7.3   Fixtures exposed to hood interior (i.e. tap nozzle) shall be made of brass with chemically resistant black vinyl coating.
      通风柜里面的配件(龙头喷嘴)由黄铜构成,外面环氧树脂喷涂。

      4.7.4   Remote control handles shall be made of black nylon four-arm handle with nylon color-coded index buttons.
      远程控制开关是黑色的、尼龙十字型把手,当中是不同颜色标示的尼龙指示钮。    

      4.8  Hood light fixture: Two lamp, rapid start type, and UL listed fluorescent light fixture with solid-state typed ballast installed on exterior of roof.
      通风柜照明:两个荧光灯管,快速启动类型,UL标准。镇流器安装在通风柜外部。

      4.8.1   Interior of fixture shall be white in color and constructed from high reflecting plastic enamel.
      照明罩内部白色,高反射的塑料材质。

      4.8.2   All light fixtures shall be installed with safety glass panel cemented and sealed to the hood roof.

      照明装置上面有安全玻璃面板,并且和柜体密封。

      4.8.3  Lamps shall be included with fixtures.
      照明装置包括灯管。

      4.8.4  lllumination: 80 candles
      照明亮度:80 candles。

      4.9   Electrical services: Supply shall be three wired grounding type receptacles rated at 240 V.A.C. at 10 or 16 amperes.

      电:三线接地插座,220V, 10或16安培。

      4.10  Safety Monitor/Alarm System: Safety Monitor/Alarm system that monitors the face velocity and provides audible and visual alarm if face velocity drops below safe levels shall be provided.
      安全监控/警报系统:安全监控/警报系统监控表面风速,并在风速降低的时候,提供声、光报警。
