课程概述

      本课程时长为3天。
      食品安全体系认证 22000（Food Safety System Certification 22000，简称FSSC 22000）是一套健全的、基于ISO 的认证计划 (scheme)，目的是对整个供应链的食品安全进行审核和认证。 它结合了ISO 22000食品安全管理体系标准和食品安全前提方案以及其他的附加标准，并获得“全球食品安全倡议机构”（GFSI） 认可。
      本课程讲述FSSC22000-食品生产行业新要求，通过本课程的详细讲解，学员可以了解FSSC 22000第6版要求以及FSSC22000内部审核方法。
