　　一．食品进口收货人备案

　　1、根据中国出入境检验检疫局的要求，食品食品进口必须在进口口岸做收货人备案。那么备案单位需要什么资质呢？这个就要视具体的进口口岸而视力，比如宁波口岸，收货人只需要有进出口权就可以备案下来了，而对于深圳口岸，收货人必须有进出口权的同时，企业还必须持要有食品流通许可证。

　　2、备案的资料首先是需要把备案表格填好，主要是一些企业的基本信息，备案资料填好递交上后，审批通过就会有专属的备案号，需要在报检时提供。

　　有时，有些国家或许不会开出卫生证，那么出示的自由销售证明也是可以代替卫生证的，但为了避免不必要的麻烦，个人建议好还是要求发货方提供卫生证。
