　　经过评估，将苏云金芽孢杆菌库斯塔克亚种菌株ABTS-351作为杀虫剂用在卷心�?田间使用)和番茄（永久性温室和步入式隧道使用）的基础上，欧盟食品安全局提出了适用于监管风险评估的可靠端点，列出了监管框架要求的缺失信息，问题已经确定。部分原文报道如下：

　　The co nclusions of the EFSA following the peer review of the initial risk assessments carried out by the competent authorities of the rapporteur Member State, Denmark, and co-rapporteur Member State, the Netherlands, for the pesticide active substance Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. kurstaki strain ABTS-351 and the co nsiderations as regards the inclusion of the substance in Annex IV of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 are reported. The co ntext of the peer review was that required by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 844/2012, as amended by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2018/1659. The co nclusions were reached on the basis of the e valuation of the representative uses of Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. kurstaki strain ABTS-351 as an insecticide on cabbage (field use) and tomato (permanent greenhouse and walk-in tunnel uses). The reliable end points, appropriate for use in regulatory risk assessment, are presented. Missing information identified as being required by the regulatory f ramework is listed. Co ncerns are identified.
