　　经过评估，将苏云金芽孢杆菌库斯塔克亚种菌株PB 54作为杀虫剂用在核果类水果、观赏植?田间使用)和番茄（田间、永久性温室和步入式隧道使用）的基础上，欧盟食品安全局提出了适用于监管风险评估的可靠端点，列出了监管框架要求的缺失信息，问题已经确定。部分原文报道如下：
　　The co nclusions of the EFSA following the peer review of the initial risk assessments carried out by the competent authorities of the rapporteur Member State, Denmark, and co‐rapporteur Member State, the Netherlands, for the pesticide active substance Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. kurstaki strain PB 54 and the co nsiderations as regards the inclusion of the substance in Annex IV of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 are reported. The co ntext of the peer review was that required by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 844/2012, as amended by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2018/1659. The co nclusions were reached on the basis of the e valuation of the representative uses of Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. kurstaki strain PB 54 as an insecticide on stone fruit and ornamentals (field uses) and tomato (field, permanent greenhouse and walk‐in tunnel uses). The reliable end points, appropriate for use in regulatory risk assessment, are presented. Missing information identified as being required by the regulatory f ramework is listed. Co ncerns are identified.
