  根据欧盟条例(EC)No 396/2005?章的规定 Nisso Chemical Europe GmbH提交了该修订申请。目前虫酰肼在杏子中现有的最大残留限量为0.01mg/kg,拟议的最大残留限量为1.5mg/kg。在桃子中现有的最大残留限量为0.5mg/kg,拟议的最大残留限量为1.5mg/kg、/div>

  In accordance with Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005, the applicant Nisso Chemical Europe GmbH submitted a request to the competent natio nal authority in Italy to modify the existing maximum residue levels (MRLs) for the active substance tebufenozide in apricots and peaches. The data submitted in support of the request were found to be sufficient to derive MRL proposals for apricots and peaches. Adequate analytical methods for enforcement are available to co ntrol the residues of tebufenozide on the commodities under co nsideration at the validated limit of quantification (LOQ) of 0.01 mg/kg. ba sed on the risk assessment results, EFSA co ncluded that the short‐term and long‐term intake of residues resulting from the use of tebufenozide according to the reported agricultural practice is unlikely to present a risk to co nsumer health.
