  根据欧盟(EC)No 396/2005的第12章的规定,欧盟食品安全局审查了咯菌腈和氟草烟的最大残留限量。经过评估欧盟食品安全局认为,对于咯菌腈的残留限量,长期饮食摄入不太可能对消费者健康构成风险。对于氟草烟的残留限量,欧盟食品安全局建议重新考虑几种动植物商品的现有最低残留限量、/div>

  The applicant Syngenta submitted a request to the competent natio nal authority in France to e valuate the co nfirmatory data that were identified in the f ramework of the maximum residue level (MRL review under Article 12 of Regulation (EC No 396/2005 as not available. The applicant provided residue trials on strawberries representative for an adjusted Good Agricultural Practice (GAP and a new feeding study in ruminants. The data gaps identified in the MRL review were co nsidered satisfactorily addressed, except for the southern adjusted GAP on strawberries.
  The applicant Dow AgroSciences submitted a request to the competent natio nal authority in Germany to e valuate the co nfirmatory data that were identified for fluroxypyr in the f ramework of the maximum residue level (MRL review under Article 12 of Regulation (EC No 396/2005 as not available. To address the data gaps, a method of analysis for plant matrices, information on me tabolism in onions, revised Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs and reside trials on apples, o nions and grass, argumentation regarding the efficiency of the hydrolysis step and information on storage stability in plant matrices and products of animal origin were submitted.
