根据欧盟(EC)No 396/2005的第12章的规定,欧盟食品安全局审查了五氟磺草胺(penoxsulam)的最大残留限量。
为了解氟菌唑在植物、加工商品、轮作农作物以及牲畜中的最大残留限量,欧盟食品安全局参考了91/414/EEC号指令当中的结论、成员国的限量规定。
在现有数据基础之上,EFSA得出最大残留限量提案并开展了消费者风险评估。经过评估,欧盟食品安全局认为,维持五氟磺草胺在葡萄、柑橘、柠檬、小麦、大麦等植物性商品中的残留限量。

Penoxsulam was included in Annex I to Directive 91/414/EEC on 1 August 2010 by Commission Directive 2010/25/EU, and has been deemed to be approved under Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009, in accordance with Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 540/2011, as amended by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 541/2011. As penoxsulam was approved after the entry into force of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 on 2 September 2008, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) is required to provide a reasoned opinion on the review of the existing maximum residue levels (MRLs) for that active substance in compliance with Article 12(1) of the aforementioned regulation.
