新西兰奶牛养殖场销售价格走高

    食品伙伴网讯  据外媒报道，新西兰房地产协会（REINZ）最新数据显示，在截至11月的过去3个月里，农场销售同比增长7.4%，共有447个奶牛场出售。尽管奶牛场交易减少21%，牧场交易减少6%，农场年度交易额仍增长1.9%。

 

    自7月以来，全球乳制品交易平台（GDT）的全脂奶粉价格增长了74%，11月份各牛奶加工商纷纷上调预期牛奶收购价。目前新西兰、澳洲及欧盟等主要出口国牛奶产量已经下降，而中国等主要市场的牛奶需求正在回升。

 

    在过去3个月里新西兰共售出45个奶牛养殖场，每公顷销售中间价为47385元。

    New Zealand farm sales rose 7.4% in the three months ended November 30 and there is room for cautious optimism in the rural market, according to Real Estate Institute data.

 

    There were 447 farm sales in the latest three months, a 7.4% increase on the same period a year ago. Annual sales rose 1.9% to 1,803, although 21% fewer dairy farms and 6% fewer grazing farms sold over the same period.
