英国脱欧导致食品价格上涨

 

    由于英镑下跌，经营成本上升，超市供应商利润下降。联合利华要求调高肥皂、方便面等产品的价格。乐购和联合利华公司（Unilever）就调涨商品价格起争执。由于不同意涨价要求，乐购已暂停销售知名品牌Ben＆Jerry's冰淇淋和“马麦酱”（Marmite）等商品。13日联合利华表示，已和乐购超市在商品订价方面达成协议。

    Britain's largest supermarket chain, Tesco, briefly pulled Unilever products from its online store in a fight over a plunge in the value of the pound since Britain voted to leave the European unio .The cheaper pound pushed up the cost of imports and hurt Unilever's earnings, and Unilever reportedly asked for a price hike on its products. In response, Tesco pulled not just the popular ice cream and Marmite spread but Dove soap and a line of instant noodles.
