食品伙伴网讯 据外媒报道，澳大利亚南澳地区首家生产经营骆驼奶的奶场Humpalicious位于本省北部，刚开张不久，因为骆驼奶有多种保健作用，奶品已供不应求。
据报道，奶场主人希尔（Warwick Hill）和太太是两年前在旅游时产生灵感。当时他们在沙漠里遇到两个人，对骆驼奶十分了解。对此产生兴趣的希尔太太开始阅读并寻找了大量的健康杂志和医学杂志，发现了骆驼奶的潜力。
他们称，骆驼奶含有丰富的免疫球蛋白，这些抗体十分微小，可以渗透人体肠道被吸收，此外其乳糖成分与牛奶不同，适合许多患乳糖不耐症（lactose intolerance）的人群。
希尔夫妇的骆驼奶场现在每天出产大约30升骆驼奶，经消毒包装后运往全国各地。

South Australia's first functioning camel dairy - Humpalicious - has swung into operation near Port Germein in the state's Mid North and is already flat out keeping up with demand.
Former sailor Warwick Hill and his wife TJ say they hatched the idea for the “drome-dairy” about two years ago while travelling in the remote indigenous APY Lands.
“We were in the desert and we came across a couple of people who knew about camel milk,” Ms Hill said.
