澳大利亚新南威尔士州对多家餐馆开罚单

    食品伙伴网讯   据外媒报道，2014年6月至2016年3月期间，新南威尔士州共向餐馆开出了1,426张现场罚单。其中悉尼餐馆收到的罚单最多，138张，其次是威洛比（Willoughby）107张。    

    新南威尔士州食品监督局发言人表示，尽管有几百家餐馆登上了“耻辱榜”名单，但大概只有2%的新州餐馆经验人员收到过现场罚单。

    康士比有3家餐厅收到过4次罚款。彭南特山（Pennant Hills）的蓝象（Blue Elephant）餐厅被罚3,520澳元。

    进行当地检查的康士比市议会表示，98%存在中高风险的餐馆每年都会检查至少一次。多年来，市议会下发的罚单数都保持一致。根据“点名批评”名单信息，康士比市议会下发的罚单与其他议会下发的罚单也一致。

    近来康士比和库林盖地块的饮食店都没有出现违反食品安全法规的情况。

    FOOD outlets and restaurants in NSW were served 1426 on-the-spot fines for food safety breaches between June 2014 and March 2016.

    Sydney City Council registered the most fines with 138, followed by Willoughby with 107, Hornsby ranked 12th in NSW while Ku-ring-gai was 25th.

    A NSW Food Authority spokeswoman said despite hundreds of venues appearing on a “name and shame” list, about 2 per cent of NSW food operators are hit with on-the-spot fines.
