食品伙伴网讯 据美国食品安全新闻网消息,近日美国FDA对两家乳企与一家糖果厂发布警告信,通报的问题有兽药残留与卫生不良。
据了解,12月7日美国FDA发出两份警告信,一家公司待宰牛的肾脏去呋喃甲酰基头孢噻吩(desfuroylceftiofur)残留量为8.25ppm,超出美国FDA规定的0.4ppm;另一家公司待宰牛的肾脏检出新霉素(neomycin)13.06ppm,超出美国FDA制定的7.2ppm。糖果厂则违反了美国FDA良好操作规范(CGMP)的要求,发现存在员工不洗手、未使用清洁剂清洗食品接触台面的现象。
