食品伙伴网讯   据欧盟网站消息，8月20日欧盟发布法规（EU）2015/1415，批准虾青素作为鱼、甲壳纲动物和观赏鱼的饲料添加剂使用。

    虾青素在欧盟食品添加剂类别上属于“感官添加剂”，功能划分上属于“着色剂”。

    新法规规定，虾青素作为鱼、甲壳纲动物和观赏鱼的饲料添加剂使用时，虾青素产品不应超过100 mg/kg饲料全料（水分含量12%），使用过程中应注意防护。

    concerning the authorisation of astaxanthin as a feed additive for fish, crustaceans and ornamental fish

    THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,

    Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European unio,

    Having regard to Regulation （EC） No 1831/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 September 2003 on additives for use in animal nutrition （1）， and in particular Article 9（2） thereof,

    wheras:

    Regulation （EC） No 1831/2003 provides for the authorisation of additives for use in animal nutrition and for the grounds and procedures for granting such authorisation. Article 10 of that Regulation provides for the re-evaluation of additives authorised pursuant to Council Directive 70/524/EEC （2）。
