食品伙伴网讯 据世界动物卫生组织(OIE)消息,日本农林水产省8月13日向OIE紧急报告称,6月12日兵库县(Hyogo)的1家农场发生鸭病毒性肝炎。
受本次疫情影响的鸭子有330只,其中251只发病、死亡,屠宰79只,发病率76.06%,病死率100%。本次诊断性质为实验室检验。感染来源尚不清楚。日本上一次发生鸭病毒性肝炎是在1962-1963年期间。

On 12 June 2015, high mortality of ducklings was notified by the owners and the local veterinary officers visited the farm for inspection. Samples from the dead ducklings were sent to the local veterinary laboratory of Himeji Livestock Hygiene Centre in Hyogo prefecture for diagnosis including Avian Influenza and Newcastle disease. Salmonella Enteritidis was isolated on 22 June, 2015. As haemorrhagic lesion and proliferation of bile duct were observed in liver by pathological examination, the test for duck virus hepatitis was conducted. A virus was isolated with positive result for RT-PCR specific to duck hepatitis A virus 1. The allantoic fluid sample and the PCR products were sent to National Institute of Animal Health and confirmed as duck hepatitis A virus 1 on 11 August, 2015. The last recorded cases of duck virus hepatitis were between 1962 and 1963.
