印度拟修订明胶中铬的最大残留限量

    食品伙伴网讯    据印度食品安全与标准局（FSSAI）消息，8月7日印度食品安全与标准管理局发布食品安全标准法规2015修订草案，修订食品安全标准法规2011中关于污染物、毒素、残留物的相关内容，将铬在明胶中的限量设定为10mg/kg。征求意见的截止日期为10月10日。

    1. Short title and commencement.- （1） These regulations may be called the Food Safety and Standards （Contaminants,

    Toxins and Residues） （Amendment） Regulations, 2015.

    2. In the Food Safety and Standards （Contaminants, Toxins and Residues） Regulations, 2011, in regulation 2.1 relating  to 'metal Contaminants‘， -

    （a） in sub-regulation 2.1.1, in clause （2）， in the Table,-

    （1） against serial number 9 relating to Chromium, in columns （2） and （3）， after the existing entries, the

    following entries shall respectively be inserted, namely,-
