英国更新2013-2016年度国家控制计划

    食品伙伴网讯   据英国食品标准局（FSA）消息，3月27日英国食品标准局发布通报称，国家控制计划（MANCP）将延期至2016年3月。MANCP是法规（EC）882/2004当中关于官方控制的一项要求，旨在确保建立有效的控制体系，用于饲料与食品法、动物健康与福利条例以及植物健康法的监控与执行。

    The UK Multi-Annual National Control Plan （MANCP） has been extended to the end of March 2016. The Food Standards Agency has today published the updated version of the MANCP.

    The MANCP is a requirement of Regulation （EC） No 882/2004 on official controls. The purpose of the plan is to ensure that effective control systems are in place for monitoring and enforcing feed and food law, animal health and animal welfare rules, and plant health law.
