哈佛教授称,要求商家退还超收费用给所有消费者,最后商家愿意退还一半消费金额。
中餐馆老板拒绝提供要求的赔偿退款,但愿意按旧网页的旧价格退还差额,理由是该店已经更新网页,并咨询过律师,强调旧网页上载明“价格有可能变更”的备注字样。
