食品伙伴网讯  据欧盟食品安全局（EFSA）消息，依据欧盟(EC)No396/2005第12款规定，8月29日欧盟食品安全局审查了氨磺乐灵（oryzalin）的最大残留限量。

    为评估氨磺乐灵在植物、加工食品、轮作农作物以及牲畜中的残留限量，欧盟食品安全局审查了欧盟91/414/EEC指令中的结论，以及成员国通报的欧盟授权许可。

    欧盟食品安全局经过审查认为，尽管尚未发现氨磺乐灵对于消费者有明显的风险，监管框架中的部分数据信息仍然缺失，因此部分最大残留限量提议仍有待考虑。

    According to Article 12 of Regulation （EC） No 396/2005, the European Food Safety Authority （EFSA） has reviewed the Maximum Residue Levels （MRLs） currently established at European level for the pesticide active substance oryzalin. In order to assess the occurrence of oryzalin residues in plants, processed commodities, rotational crops and livestock, EFSA considered the conclusions derived in the framework of Directive 91/414/EEC as well as the European authorisations reported by Member States （incl. the supporting residues data）。

    Based on the assessment of the available data, MRL proposals were derived and a consumer risk assessment was carried out. Although no apparent risk to consumers was identified, some information required by the regulatory framework was found to be missing.
