食品伙伴网讯 据外媒报道,2014年8月《消费者报告》杂志刊登最新研究指出,鱼类含有丰富的蛋白质以及大量有益大脑发育的物质,然而部分鱼种汞含量较高,孕妇群体应谨慎食用,另外还推荐了鱼的建议摄入量。
研究指出,吃错鱼会使人暴露于高浓度汞的风险加大。研究还介绍了不同鱼种对应的汞含量,以及建议的摄入量。
消费者报告建议,孕妇应避免食用任何金枪鱼,包含金枪鱼罐头;不再建议育龄妇女每周吃6 盎司白金枪鱼罐头;将每天食用多余 24 盎司鱼的人划为易受伤害的群体,为他们提供建议避免汞过量。
