食品伙伴网讯 据美国FDA消息,2014年3月26日美国FDA发布“应通报食品”注册拟定法规预先通告,6月18日美国FDA再次就本法规征求意见,截止日期为2014年8月18日。
所谓“应通报食品”是指该食品的使用或暴露存在引起人类、动物严重不良健康影响或死亡的合理的可能性。 “应通报食品”注册(RFR)是行业向FDA提交“应通报食品”报告使用的电子工具。

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration is reopening the comment period for an additional 60 days on its advance notice of proposed rulemaking entitled “Implementation of the Food and Drug Administration Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Amendments to the Reportable Food Registry (RFR) Provisions of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.” In the advance notice of proposed rulemaking, FDA requested comments, data and information that will help to implement the new provisions to the RFR requirements added by FSMA.
A reportable food is an article of food (other than dietary supplements or infant formula) for which there is a reasonable probability that use of, or exposure to, such article of food will cause serious adverse health consequences or death to humans or animals.
