食品伙伴网讯 据每日饮料网消息,周二印度最高法院依据宪法第21条生存的基本权利,通过一项命令,要求食品安全标准局定期检查市售碳酸饮料。对此印度食品安全标准局并未作出回应。

India's highest court has directed the country's top food safety watchdog to conduct regular checks on carbonated soft drinks sold in the country.
On Tuesday, the Supreme Court directed the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) to monitor and conduct periodic checks of all carbonated soft drinks citing that the issue relates to the fundamental right to life.
