食品伙伴网讯 据英国食品标准局消息,4月18日英国食品标准局公布了一系列零售食品中丙烯酰胺与呋喃含量水平的中期报告。
本次调查涉及300个样本,采自2011年11月与2012年12月,对294个样本进行了丙烯酰胺含量测定,以及113个样本进行了呋喃含量的测定。检测发现,样本中两种物质的含量不会增加消费者的健康风险。

Based on samples taken from 300 products collected between November 2011 to December 2012, the survey gives a snapshot of the range of acrylamide and furan levels in UK retail foods.
The levels of acrylamide and furan reported do not increase concern about the risk to human health and the Agency has not changed its advice to consumers.
As with previous years, the survey results for acrylamide and furan will be sent to EFSA for collation, trend analysis and, in the case of furan, a risk assessment.
