备注 2016?0?8日，新加坡贸易和工业部部长发文，就口香糖进出口相关规定修订进出口（口香糖）法?016，具体修订如下：删除口香糖定义中关于具有治疗价值的口香糖、药品及口腔牙胶等描述，根据健康产品法案规定，口腔牙胶（oral dental gum）归类为健康产品，治疗产品（therapeutic product）归类为治疗性产品，以及修改了口香糖进口登记相关分类、/td>
REGULATION OF IMPORTS AND EXPORTS ACT
(CHAPTER 272A)
(CHEWING GUM) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2016
1. 2. health product and Register of Health Products have the same meanings as in the Health Products Act (Cap. 122D);
oral dental gum means a health product categorised as an oral dental gum in the First Schedule to the Health Products Act;
3. 3A. Regulation 3 does not apply to any of the following:
any chewing gum that is registered or deemed to be registered as a therapeutic product under the Health Products Act (Cap. 122D) other than under the classification of a general sale list medicine in the Register of Health Products;
any chewing gum that is registered or deemed to be registered as an oral dental gum under the Health Products Act and
4. Regulation 6 of the principal Regulations is amended by deleting the words in respect of which a product licence has been granted under the Medicines Act (Cap. 176) that remains in force and substituting the words that is mentioned in regulation 3A( a
