　　In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12（q� of the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority Act, the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority hereby makes the following Notification:

　　Citation and commencement

　　1. This Notification may be cited as the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority （Food Safety Excellence Mark� Notification 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st June 2011.

　　Certification Mark

　　2. The Food Safety Excellence Mark set out in the Schedule shall

　　be a certification mark of the Authority.

　　（a� Full Colour version

(b) Single Colour (Reversed Black) version


(c) Single Colour (Reversed White) version


　　Note: ��YYYY�� in the mark indicates the starting year since the award holder has held an ��A grading��

　　under the Food Factory Grading Scheme specifi ed by the Authority.
