花生也是类似的,Pure peanut oil is generally non-allergenic, but cold pressed peanut oil or oil contaminated with peanut protein through cooking may be dangerous.
另外要说的是,100%不含蛋白质可能性应该是比较小的,或者成本可能会很高,为了某些极度过敏体质的安全,最好还是在产品上标示本产品含有大豆油(如果作为主料,你肯定要标示的),给消费者以警醒,消费者会根据自己的体质情况选择购买或者不购买你的产品,对于公司而言也降低了可能的风险 |
