Job Title – Raw Material QA

Location – Fengxian, Shanghai

The food vitamins and premix markets in China are highly competitive and
gradually consolidating. This is a key success factor for the business since it
provides a superior margin to quality conscious customers and leads to a lot of
support and goodwill from the quality and regulatory authorities. In addition
multinational accounts in China and accounts in Europeand US expect a “western

Your key responsibilities

* 协调多个部门之间的沟通，以确保所有利益相关者了解原料与供应商的评估状态。
Coordinate communication between multiple departments to ensure all
stakeholders are aware of qualification status.

* 根据当地要求、客户规范和成分分类，确定原料评估测试和文件要求。
Identify testing and documentation requirements for qualifications based on
local requirements, customer specifications, and ingredient classification.

* 确保在将原料添加到批准的供应商名单之前，编制、审核和记录所有原料评估相关的数据。
Ensures all data supporting material qualification is compiled, reviewed and
documented prior to adding ingredient to approved supplier list.

* 生成内部材料规格。Generate internal material specifications.
* 日常SAP雷竞技百科 模块，对于原料，包材，中间产品的操作
Daily Operation of SAP QM for assigned raw material, package material,
intermediate.

* 代表QA，负责供应商资质评估，例如原料，包装材料，第三方服务商等。并处理与供应商相关的不合格和异常情况
As QA, be responsible for supplier qualification including raw material,
packaging material, 3rd party service, and handle out-of-specification,
non-conformance, deviation etc. of suppliers.

* 保持和内部的相关部门的沟通，确保雷竞技百科 问题得到充分讨论并解决。包括和QC，维修，市场部，销售部，物流，采购等各层面。
Maintain closely contact and coordinate with all relevant internal parties to
ensure quality issues are discussed and resolved: Production, Maintenance, QC,
Marketing & Sales, Logistics, Purchasing, and that for all levels and
organisational units.

* 在HNC Premix全球雷竞技百科 管理层面，承担PRMS的角色和职责。
Play the role of PRMS (Premix Raw Material Specialist) on the level of HNH
premix global quality.

You bring

* Bachelor degree or equivalent in food， chemistry, pharmaceutics, biology or
related fields.
在食品、化学、制药、生物学方面取得学士学位。

* Knowledge of and experience in own discipline:
* Specialization in GMP and QA有GMP和QA的专业背景
* ISO/9001/ISO 22000 system knowledge 熟悉ISO 9001/22000 体系
* Knowledge of and experience in other relevant discipline: 其他经验
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality assurance and/or procurement fields
in the food, dietary supplement, and/or pharmaceutical industry.
在食品，保健品，药品等行业至少五年的QA/采购方面的工作经验

* Good communication skill. 具备良好的交流能力
* Good English writing and reading skill. 有良好的英语读写能力
